STS GLOBAL privacy policy
A plain-language account of what this site collects, why it needs it, who it is shared with, and how you can control any of it.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
The short version
This site has no forms at all — no input fields, no sign-up, no account, no payments. We never ask you to leave a name, phone number or email address here, and we have no way of receiving one through the site.
Every contact button opens an external messenger. You only ever share data with us when you decide to write.
The only thing collected automatically is anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the scalping school STS GLOBAL (“we”).
For anything to do with your data, reach us at:
- email: global.scalping@gmail.com
- phone, WhatsApp, Viber: +359 88 704 1300
2. What we process
Data you give us yourself
When you message us on Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Discord or by email, we receive whatever you send: your name or username, your phone number or email address, and the content of your message. How much that is remains entirely your choice.
Data collected automatically
When you visit, our analytics service records anonymous technical information:
- a truncated IP address and approximate region (country, city);
- device type, operating system, browser and interface language;
- the source that brought you to the site;
- which pages you opened, in what order, and how long you stayed.
None of this identifies you personally, and we read it in aggregate rather than per visitor.
3. Why we need it
- to answer your question and tell you about the training — if you wrote to us;
- to see which parts of the site are useful and which need rewriting;
- to understand where visitors come from, so advertising money is spent sensibly;
- to keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell data, do not pass it to brokers, and do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics and the cookies it relies on;
- Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — correspondence about training you may take;
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the site running and protected from abuse.
5. Cookies and analytics
On your first visit the site shows a cookie banner. Until you press “Accept”, the analytics and advertising tools set no cookies and collect nothing about you: the Google tags run in Google Consent Mode with storage denied, and Meta’s advertising pixel is not loaded at all.
If you agree, the following are switched on:
- Google Tag Manager (ID GTM-M24MG6PQ) — collects nothing by itself; it governs when the other tags fire;
- Google Analytics 4 (property G-S34JKRX2EK) — stores cookies in your browser that tell a returning visit from a new one; they hold no name or contact details;
- Meta Pixel (ID 2138995446706559), an advertising tool operated by Meta. It records that you visited and which pages you opened, so we can judge how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs. These are advertising cookies: if you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram at the time, Meta can link the visit to your profile.
Your choice is kept locally in your own browser (localStorage, key sts-consent) and never reaches our servers. You can change it at any time — the “Cookie settings” link sits at the bottom of every page. You can also reinforce a refusal in your browser:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- use a private window or turn on “Do Not Track”;
- install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
- adjust what you are shown in your Facebook ad settings.
The site sets no cookies of its own. Your choice in the intensive pop-up is kept only in the tab’s memory and disappears when you close it.
6. Who we share it with
We share nothing with third parties beyond the service providers the site cannot run without:
- Google — Tag Manager, analytics and web fonts. Loading the fonts discloses your IP address to Google;
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising analytics via the Meta Pixel;
- Vercel — site hosting;
- Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Discord — if you choose to message us, the conversation is governed by that service's own rules.
Each of these has its own privacy policy, which we cannot influence. Some are based outside the European Economic Area; transfers there rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. How long we keep it
- correspondence — for as long as it is needed to deal with you, then for a reasonable period as a record of enquiries;
- visit statistics — for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
On request we will delete correspondence sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:
- access it and learn exactly what we process;
- have inaccurate details corrected;
- request erasure;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a machine-readable form;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier — which does not affect processing carried out before you did;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise any of these, write to global.scalping@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
9. Children
The site and the training are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If such data has reached us by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. It stores no passwords, payment details or documents, because it cannot accept them in the first place.
11. Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in our Telegram channel.
